Flights from Syria to Crimea will also transit through Yerevan

Syria is planning to establish air connectivity with Crimea through Sochi, Anapa, and Yerevan. The Syrian authorities are discussing the organization of air transportation between Crimea and the airports in Sochi, Anapa, and Yerevan. This information was shared with journalists by the head of Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov.

“Flights are being scheduled via Sochi, Anapa, and Yerevan,” Aksyonov stated, clarifying that this refers to air communication from Syria to Crimea.

The leader of Crimea noted that there is currently no direct air connection between Damascus and Simferopol. He added that the authorities are ready to consider proposals for organizing the flights.
