The issue of expressing no confidence in Hayk Marutyan is being discussed in the municipality. Council member Ernest Avanesov stated in his speech that there was sabotage during the process of bringing buses, and only a few council members attended the sessions.

The council member also insisted that the public should be clearly informed and justified as to why they want to replace Hayk Marutyan with Hrachya Sargsyan.
