The Only Way to Avoid Tensions is to Start the Demarcation Process, Says Azerbaijani Foreign Minister
The only way to avoid tensions is to start the demarcation process. This was stated by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov during a conversation with journalists, commenting on the situation at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, as reported by RIA Novosti.
According to him, until today, Armenia has not allowed this for various reasons.
“Despite the constructive negotiations initiated by Azerbaijan, we do not see this from the opposite side,” Bayramov declared, accusing Armenia of provocations at the border and noting that “this will have very serious consequences.”
