We Initiate the Legal Process for Alen Simonyan's Resignation, Says Anna Grigoryan
We are initiating the legal process for Alen Simonyan's resignation from the position of Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia. This was stated by Anna Grigoryan, a member of the 'Hayastan' parliamentary faction, during a conversation with reporters in the parliament on December 7.
She called on Hayk Konjoryan, as the head of the ruling 'Civil Contract' party faction, to condemn Alen Simonyan's statements. Otherwise, they would be signing under each of his words, which would also render this issue nonexistent for them.
