Erdogan to Hold Talks with Putin, Says Cavusoglu
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan plans to hold telephone talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on December 3. This information was reported by Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu during a meeting of NATO foreign ministers.
