Unfortunately, Not All Issues Have Been Resolved. Putin to Aliyev and Pashinyan
The meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has commenced in Sochi.
According to TASS, Putin considers it a positive development that large-scale military operations are not being conducted in Nagorno-Karabakh, although there are individual incidents.
“A lot has been done over the past year for the settlement of the situation in Karabakh, but unfortunately, not all issues have been resolved,” said the Russian president.
Putin expressed hope that it would soon be possible to make decisions regarding the unblocking of transport communications in Karabakh.
