Pashinyan Signs Decision: Former Governor Holds New Position
RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a new decision, appointing former Shirak Governor Hovhannes Harutyunyan as the Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.
“Guided by Article 9, Part 1 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia, Hovhannes Harutyunyan is appointed as the Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure,” the statement read.
