"False peace advocates are preparing to make new concessions in Kapan today. Ahead of the local self-government elections, the authorities are once again presenting a gift to their polite and constructive friends, conceding strategically significant new heights in Kapan. In fact, Mount Pela is fully coming under Azerbaijani control, creating direct security threats to nearby villages as well. Azerbaijan no longer needs to resort to new provocations as long as those sitting in the government willingly surrender important strategic positions of our country piece by piece," she wrote.
