Frank Pallone Congratulates the People of Artsakh

The co-chairs of the Armenian Caucus in the U.S. Congress have sent a congratulatory letter to the people of Artsakh on the occasion of Independence Day. This was reported by U.S. pro-Armenian Congressman Frank Pallone.
