Russian-Turkish Monitoring Center Marks Turkey's Victory Day
In the Russian-Turkish monitoring center for the ceasefire in Artsakh, located in Aghdam, Turkey's Victory Day was celebrated. This was reported by the Turkish Ministry of Defense. This holiday is one of Turkey's national holidays, celebrated since 1924 and officially recognized since 1935, on August 30. It commemorates the victory of the Turkish army over the Greek army in Dumlupınar, which determined the outcome of the Greco-Turkish War.
