Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense Issues Statement
Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense has issued a statement regarding an incident at the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border that occurred today, resulting in injuries to an Azerbaijani army serviceman, Mardanli Ibadullayev.
The injured serviceman was provided with first aid before being transferred to a medical facility.
