“Manakh Disappeared After Detention”: Nayri Hohikyan
Interethnic conflict expert Nayri Hohikyan stated on his Facebook page: “Manakh has disappeared after being detained. His relatives and human rights defenders are unable to find out exactly where Artur Ayvazyan is. I would like to remind you that Artur was detained late last night on charges of hooliganism, originating from his statements against Nikol Pashinyan. He was then arrested and taken in an unknown direction.
Days ago, in a film I shot, Manakh described how he surrendered Shushi and how he was convinced to hand over Jartar and leave the area. Manakh promised to reveal all the details about the surrender of Shushi.”
