Foreign Nationals Engaged in Brawl at Eurasia International University in Yerevan
According to SHAMSHYAN.com, a brawl occurred on May 5 at the Eurasia International University in Yerevan. On that day, around noon, the university rector Suren Ohanyan alerted the Kanaker-Zeytun division of the police, reporting a dispute among foreign citizens at the university.
A police operational group, led by a community police officer, arrived at the location. The investigation revealed that the brawl took place within the university premises, involving two third-year students from Iraq, 23-year-old Ahmed Almojamasi and 22-year-old Rami Obaydi. During the altercation, both parties inflicted injuries on each other using their hands and feet.
The Iraqi students were summoned to the Kanaker-Zeytun police division, where they provided confessional explanations regarding the incident but refused to undergo forensic medical examinations. Materials are being prepared in the investigative division of the Kanaker-Zeytun police regarding the incident.
