I Was Brought Back: Robert Kocharyan

I have successful experience in forming warfare and security systems. I have experience in public administration, and also successful experience. I have also gained experience in the private sector. This was stated by the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, during a meeting with his supporters, adding that he has been a member of the board of directors of the 'Sistema' investment company for 11 years.

“So why am I coming back now? I was brought back. If the situation in the country were good, and if my work in the private sector was so interesting, I would have never thought of returning. But to remain indifferent in this situation, to say ‘well, someone else will solve this issue,’ I do not see that anyone will solve it. There are probably people who still think they can solve it. I want to believe that they are right in their thinking, but in my opinion, for the situation we are in, I am one of those people who have a biography, experience, and knowledge,” he said.
