Today's Rally Is Not Related to the February 20 Rally, Says Vazgen Manukyan
Vazgen Manukyan stated that Nikol Pashinyan will not voluntarily step down. He fears the repercussions of losing power and the response he would give afterward. He mentioned that those who have come to power are not likely to give it up easily.
Manukyan made these remarks during a conversation with reporters. It is worth noting that Manukyan's gathering and discussion has already started at Freedom Square, related to recent information concerning Syunik, which pertains to some secret document.
He emphasized that today’s discussion is not connected to the rally scheduled for February 20, which is expected to be significant.
Regarding the issue of removing Pashinyan, he stated that it is essential to dismantle his support base, asserting, “His support base is 'My Step', and we need to work on 'My Step'. Part of it consists of high-ranking police officials. There are several pillars.”
