Deputy Mayor Takes Over the Authorities of the Mayor, Says David Khajakyan
David Khajakyan, the leader of the "Light" faction in the Yerevan City Council, wrote on his Facebook page: "Such legal 'literacy' is something you wouldn't see even in the worst of cooperatives. The deputy mayor takes over the powers of the mayor with a single order. There is no mayor, there is no city manager to delegate these powers. This is done by the deputy mayor himself."
He added that part of this government will be held accountable for insatiable and incompetent corruption, while another part will face the consequences of ignorant administration.
