4.5 Magnitude Earthquake Recorded in Ankara
On January 11, an earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale was recorded in the Kalecik district of Ankara. According to the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority of Turkey (AFAD), the quake occurred at 22:53 local time.
The tremors were registered at a depth of 12 kilometers underground. There have been no reported material or human losses. This was reported by Ermenihaber.
