Arman Tatoyan Meets with Head of ICRC Delegation
The Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan today received the newly appointed head of the ICRC delegation in Armenia, Thierry Riboy, as reported by the public relations department of the Office of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia.
During the meeting, issues concerning the rights and repatriation process of Armenian servicemen and civilians held captive in Azerbaijan were discussed. The topic of returning the bodies of Armenian nationals was also addressed.
The Human Rights Defender of Armenia is involved in the processes of releasing detainees and returning bodies solely within the framework of the competencies stipulated for the Defender.
