861 New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed in Armenia
As of December 18, Armenia has confirmed 861 new cases of COVID-19, with 1,223 citizens recovering and 15 fatalities reported. This information is available on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Republic of Armenia.
In the past day, 2,567 tests have been conducted, bringing the total number of tests to 561,013. The total confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the country have reached 152,253, with 131,213 recoveries and 2,596 deaths reported.
Currently, there are 17,796 patients receiving treatment for COVID-19. The previous day, 6 deaths were registered where the patients had contracted the virus; however, the cause of death was attributed to other illnesses. The total number of such cases stands at 648.
