35 Soldiers and 1 Civilian Body Found in Fizuli, Jabrail, and Hadrut Areas
During the military operations in the Fizuli, Jabrail, and Hadrut areas, search operations have revealed the remains of 35 Armenian servicemen and one civilian. This was announced to Armenpress by Hunan Tadevosyan, head of the information and public relations department of the Artsakh Emergency Situations State Service.
"The body of the deceased civilian, an elderly woman, was found in the village of Vardashat in the Hadrut region. To date, a total of 969 bodies of missing persons have been discovered. Search operations continue today, December 18, in the areas of Nerkhin Jartare, Fizuli, Jabrail, and the Kashatagh region of Ishkhanadzor. Relatives of the missing individuals and volunteers familiar with the combat zones continue to participate in the searches," Tadevosyan detailed.
