Mourning Will Be Declared in Artsakh from December 19-21
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has signed a decree to declare mourning from December 19 to 21, inclusive.
President Arayik Harutyunyan has issued a decree in memory of the victims of the war unleashed against the Republic of Artsakh by the enemy since September 27, 2020. According to the decree, the flag of the Republic of Artsakh will be lowered in accordance with the law on the flag of the Republic of Artsakh during these mourning days.
