Let’s Live in Harmony: Lukashenko to Belarusian Citizens
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has called on his fellow citizens to preserve the country. This was reported by BELTA.
“I want you to understand my position; it has not changed. Let’s live in harmony and preserve the country. And we will preserve it, no matter what it costs us, not for me, not for you, but for our grandchildren,” Lukashenko stated during a meeting with the staff of the Mogilev Regional Clinical Hospital.
Lukashenko added that he is not seeking to hold onto power at any cost, but he is also not willing to hand over the country. “I am not going anywhere, so know this: I am not going anywhere. It’s good that time has passed and people have seen who wants power. This is not about me,” he emphasized.
