Introduction of a Hotline Would Be a Significant Step from Russia: Tigran Abrahamyan
The head of the "Hankak" analytical center and former advisor to the President of Artsakh, Tigran Abrahamyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Considering the fact that the Russian peacekeeping forces are involved in almost all areas of the vital support of Artsakh—from security to humanitarian assistance—the establishment of public relations becomes particularly important under these circumstances.
The operations of the peacekeeping forces are covered both by the official website of the Russian Ministry of Defense and through a dedicated Telegram channel. In this case, it would be preferable to introduce a separate press officer position, which would enable the media to communicate effectively with the Russian contingent.
Secondly, as an important step from the Russian side, the introduction of a hotline would also facilitate direct contact with the people of Artsakh and ensure a rapid response in various complex situations.
