Participants of the March Lit a Bonfire in the Courtyard of St. Anna Church
After marching through the streets of Yerevan, the opposition's organized "march of disobedience" reached the courtyard of St. Anna Church, where participants lit a bonfire.
Here, Vazgen Manukyan, the Prime Ministerial candidate of the "Homeland Salvation Movement," spoke, stating: "Our struggle is indeed for the homeland, to stand up and move forward. We must push aside the obstacle posed by Nikol Pashinyan and continue moving forward. Now, pass the microphone among yourselves and try to advise each other on what should be done. One thing is certain – Nikol will go; everyone but him knows that. Sometimes people say – take decisive action. Consider that the decisive action is for the entire people to stand on one side through such marches and rallies, and Nikol on the other side. We will carry this through to victory, and we will face certain questions that need to be raised from zero, to become a country again, to strengthen and have influence in the region."
