According to the investigators from the National Security Service (NSS), all individuals who expressed their discontent by taking to the streets on the night of November 9-10, following the signing of the treacherous statement, are said to have been 'organized' by Vardan Aivazyan. This was stated by lawyer Mihran Poghosyan on his Facebook page, where he titled his post 'The Malaise of Power.'
'This is what they suspect Vardan Aivazyan of, that he organized the 'usurpation of power' and deprived people of their freedom,' he added.
