Armenian Side Negotiates the Future of Hin Tagher and Khtsaberd Villages in Moscow
The Azerbaijani Armed Forces have captured the village of Hin Tagher in the Hadrut region. Currently, Russian peacekeepers are negotiating with the Azerbaijani side for them to withdraw from the area, reports LURER.com.
According to the news outlet, the Armenian side is negotiating in Moscow regarding the future of the villages of Hin Tagher and Khtsaberd. Among the negotiators is also the former director of the National Security Service, Karlos Petrosyan.
