A Command for Winter Conscription and Discharge in Artsakh for 2021 has been Signed
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed a decree on December 11 regarding the conduct of the 2021 winter conscription and discharge, the Office of the President of Artsakh reports.
According to the decree, the winter conscription of male citizens for mandatory military service in the Republic of Artsakh will take place in January-February 2021. This includes citizens who turned 18 before December 31, 2020, and who have not utilized their right to deferment or have lost it.
As stipulated in the decree, in January 2021, the servicemen who have completed their mandatory military service will be discharged within the legally established timeframe.
