Razmik Tevonyan to be Appointed Governor of Ararat Province
The Government of Armenia has decided to appoint Razmik Tevonyan as the Governor of Ararat Province. According to Armenpress, this decision is included in the agenda of the Executive's meeting on December 10.
"Guided by Article 160, Part 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 6, Part 1 of the Law on Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides to appoint Razmik Tevonyan as the Governor of Ararat Province," the decision states.
In another decision, Garik Sargsyan will be relieved of his duties as the Governor of Ararat Province.
