Aliyev Declares Artsakh Armenians Are Now Citizens of Azerbaijan
Ilham Aliyev stated that individuals living in Nagorno-Karabakh are citizens of Azerbaijan. "There is no longer a conflict in Artsakh. If anyone believes that this conflict continues, they are mistaken. Today, those living in Nagorno-Karabakh are citizens of Azerbaijan," said the Azerbaijani leader in his address.
