As a Result of Adequate Actions by the Defense Army, Enemy Positions in Depth Have Been Silenced

The enemy continued to target the peaceful settlements of the Artsakh Republic throughout the day. In particular, the use of multiple rocket launchers 'Smerch' by enemy forces has led to shelling of Shushi and Stepanakert, resulting in significant damage to the maternity hospital in the capital as well as to the civilian infrastructure of both cities. There is one fatality among the peaceful population and several injured.

As a result of adequate actions by the Defense Army, enemy positions located in depth have been silenced.

The Ministry of Defense of the Artsakh Republic calls on the enemy side to adhere to the agreements reached on a humanitarian ceasefire; otherwise, a proportional response will not be long in coming.
