Canada Calls for Respecting Ceasefire Regime in Nagorno-Karabakh
Canada is urging external parties to refrain from intervening in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. This was stated by Canadian Foreign Minister François-Philippe Champagne on his Twitter microblog, emphasizing that he is in regular contact with Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
Canada is contributing $350,000 for the humanitarian efforts of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). Champagne also highlighted, “We call for the establishment of verification mechanisms by the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.”
