Negotiations between the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov are underway in a closed format in Geneva. This was reported by sources from RIA Novosti.
Azerbaijani media had previously announced that the foreign minister would depart for Geneva on October 8 for a meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.
