Mayor of Meghri Injured in Artsakh Undergoes Surgery
The spokesperson for the Meghri municipality, Mariam Tsatryan, has informed that, "I just spoke to the head of the Meghri community. The surgery, which lasted 4 hours (from shoulder to elbow, bone-related), has concluded. He is already feeling better and is strong." Important to note: Community leader Mkhitar Zakaryan sustained his injuries not in Meghri's positions, but in southern Artsakh. The situation in Meghri is calm.
