Without Turkey's Active Participation, This War Would Not Have Started: Pashinyan
The military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh would not have commenced without Turkey's active participation. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in an interview with AFP, reported by TASS.
"Without Turkey's active participation, this war would not have started," he said.
He noted that the Armenian side is prepared for compromises regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, provided that Azerbaijan is also ready for it.
"The resolution of the conflict should be based on mutual concessions," Pashinyan said, adding that Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia are ready for such concessions as Azerbaijan is willing to make.
