According to Macron, these militants have been identified and are linked to a jihadist group operating in Aleppo.
"The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group will soon present a series of initiatives regarding Nagorno-Karabakh," Macron noted. The French president reported that he has briefed members of the European Council about the joint statement of the three co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group and the initiatives we expect to undertake to actively mediate with Armenia and Azerbaijan.
