During a recent press conference, a representative of the Defense Army noted that one of the assessments of the enemy's failures is perhaps their attack on civilian areas following the battles. “The news regarding Mardakert has been absolute misinformation. The enemy has not been able to advance a single centimeter in that direction. Out of helpless malice, they have begun to bombard targets of no military significance. Yesterday, Mardakert was also bombed, and unfortunately, there have been casualties among the civilian population,” added Vahram Poghosyan, the spokesperson for the President of Artsakh.
