Narek Ghahramanyan Will Receive Arsen Zulfalakyan's Parliamentary Mandate
The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia has recorded on September 23 during its session, a protocol on the deprivation of the parliamentary mandate of Arsen Zulfalakyan from the ruling 'My Step' alliance based on his own application. The Central Electoral Commission has also confirmed the protocol on transferring this mandate to Narek Ghahramanyan, who was next on the proportional list of the ruling 'My Step' alliance following Zulfalakyan. The protocol will be sent to the National Assembly of Armenia.
It is noteworthy that earlier, the President of the National Assembly of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, issued a statement regarding Arsen Zulfalakyan's resignation of his mandate from the ruling 'My Step' alliance. Zulfalakyan indicated that he resigned his parliamentary mandate due to fundamental disagreements with the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, Arayik Harutyunyan.
