Road to Karvachar Being Asphalted
The President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, made a post on his Facebook page stating: "The asphalt paving works for the approximately 17 km long road to Karvachar began today, while the 3.2 km long road leading to Harutyunagomer in the Martakert region has been put into operation. In both cases, the communities are connecting to the Vardenis-Martakert highway.
I have monitored the process on-site during my working visit. I would like to emphasize that all the roads in our communities that are directly linked to the highways will mainly be asphalted in the coming years."
