Uzbekistan's Deputy Prime Minister Dies from Coronavirus
Uzbekistan's Deputy Prime Minister Ukhtam Barnoyev has died due to complications arising from coronavirus. This was reported by RIA Novosti, referencing the operational headquarters of the government.
"Ukhtam Isayevich Barnoyev has passed away at the age of 56 today," stated the operational headquarters.
It is worth noting that the information about Barnoyev's hospitalization due to coronavirus first emerged at the end of July. The Deputy Prime Minister received treatment at a private clinic in Tashkent and later in Germany.
