COVID-19 Case Confirmed at Economic University
A case of COVID-19 has been confirmed at the Armenian State University of Economics. NEWS.am reports this, citing the university's press and public relations department.
"On September 2, a first-year student exhibited fever symptoms and was sent home. A test was conducted, and the result confirmed COVID-19. Yesterday, on September 8, another student from the same class also experienced fever, prompting the entire class to be sent home. The class's learning process is now being conducted remotely. The National Center for Disease Control and Prevention has been duly informed about the situation. No cases of COVID-19 infection have been confirmed among the faculty members," the university stated.
