Hunter Accidentally Shoots His Friend
According to SHAMSHYAN.com, an extraordinary incident occurred in the Aragatsotn province yesterday, September 5. At approximately 14:50, the police received a call from the Armenia Medical Center reporting that a citizen had been transported there with "wounds from lead bullets to the top of the head, occipital region, and left cheek.”
As reported by Shamshyan.com, an operational group from the Mashtots division of the police went to the hospital, where they established that the injured individual is 39-year-old Arthur H., a resident of Yerevan. He sustained the injury in the Aragatsotn region.
While the doctors were providing assistance to the victim, officers from the Aragats division, led by division head Janik Marutyan, discovered that Arthur H. was injured by another hunter who was hunting in the nearby fields in the Geghardot village area of Aragatsotn province.
Subsequently, officers from both the Mashtots and Aragats divisions, through joint efforts, determined that the injury was caused by his friend, 43-year-old Arthur K., a resident of Aparan, who accidentally shot him with his registered TOZ-63 type hunting rifle during their hunt.
Materials are being prepared in the investigative division of the Aragats division regarding the incident. According to sources, injured Arthur H. informed the police that he is the founder and director of Dubai Shop LLC.
