Opel Collides with Electric Pole and Bus Stop

Today, September 4, a major car accident occurred in Yerevan. At around 06:30, the driver of an Opel vehicle, under still unclear circumstances, veered into the opposite lane on Davit Anhaght Street, ended up on the sidewalk meant for pedestrians, and then collided with a metal electric pole. Continuing forward, the vehicle struck and damaged a bus stop designated for public transport.

According to reports from the scene by shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, one person was transported to the Armenia Medical Center with bodily injuries.

The police are investigating the identity of the driver and the injured individual.
