Mitsubishi Lancer Crashes Off Road, Driver Dies

On September 3, at 18:18, the National Crisis Management Center of Armenia received a report that an accident had occurred on the Yerevan-Masis highway, where a vehicle had veered off the roadway and fallen from a bridge. There were casualties.

Two firefighting teams from the Yerevan Rescue Department were dispatched to the scene. It was revealed that a Mitsubishi Lancer vehicle, driven by Suren S. (born in 1982), had left the roadway, collided with a barrier, and ended up in a field area. Rescuers removed the driver from the vehicle and brought him closer to emergency medical personnel, who confirmed his death.

The rescuers also disabled the vehicle and closed the gas cylinder valve.
