Identity of Victim from Explosion in Zeytun Revealed
In Zeytun, the identity of one of the victims from the explosion that occurred early in the morning on August 26 has been revealed. According to a report from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the victim is 71-year-old Svetlana S., whose health condition is assessed as moderate severity.
The other injured individual is a man in his fifties, whose condition is extremely critical.
Earlier reports indicated that on August 26, an explosion led to the collapse of a four-story building located at 1 Rainisi Street in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan. Preliminary findings suggest that the explosion was caused by a natural gas leak. Twelve apartments in the entrance building partially collapsed.
