Ahead of the Launch of the Northern AEG, 50 Customs Officers Have Been Trained: SRC
Employees of the Northern External Economic Activity Service Center have undergone a two-month professional training at the initiative of the State Revenue Committee (SRC). The theoretical course, organized remotely with the support of the SRC training center, was followed by practical sessions in various departments of the SRC. This information is provided by the Information and Public Relations Division of the SRC.
About 50 participants have improved their professional skills and deepened their knowledge regarding customs value determination, the procedure for filling out customs declarations, product classification, and violations of customs regulations. On the last day of the course, answers were provided to questions raised by the participants.
The specialists who completed the training will be responsible for customs processes following the full operation of the AEG center in Gyumri.
