Gunman Takes Hostages in Lutsk, Ukraine, Demands Statement from Officials
A gunman who took a bus with 20 passengers hostage in the city of Lutsk, Ukraine, has posted his demands on social media.
He is demanding that high-ranking officials in Ukraine, including Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, former President Petro Poroshenko, the head of the Security Service, and leaders of churches, release a video statement declaring that they are "terrorists under the law."
If his demands are not met, he threatens to blow up the bus with the hostages as well as detonate a bomb placed in another location in the city.
