Major Car Accident in Armavir Region: Niva and Lexus Collide, Injuries Reported

A major car accident occurred today, July 14, in the Armavir region. According to Shamshyan.com, around 6:00 PM, vehicles of Lexus and Niva brands collided on the 17 km stretch of the Yerevan-Armavir highway. As a result of the collision, the Lexus veered off the roadway, crashed into earth mounds, and ended up in a field.

Two individuals were transported to the Vagarshapat Medical Center with bodily injuries following the accident. Eyewitnesses at the scene stated that citizens were the first to provide assistance to the injured, and doctors from Vagarshapat acted promptly, administering first aid on-site before the injured were taken to the hospital.

Those present mentioned that the injured were escorted to the hospital by traffic police officers. An investigation is underway regarding the incident, and the police are working to identify the drivers and the injured parties.
