VIDEO: The Case of a Minor Stabbing Near a School in Berd Has Been Solved with Fresh Leads

On July 8, a call regarding a minor's stabbing incident was received by the Tavush division of the police from the "Berd" medical center; the injury was to the chest. This was reported by the police of the Republic of Armenia.

The minor, who was taken to the hospital, told the operational team that he had fallen in the yard. As a result of operational-investigative measures, the Tavush police obtained factual data indicating that the victim had been stabbed during an incident that occurred near one of the schools in Berd.

Hours after the incident, the suspect was at the Tavush police division. In addition to providing a confession, he also presented the weapon used in the crime. The knife has been confiscated. Expert examinations have been appointed, and circumstances are being clarified.
