Video: Police Detain Young Girl from Northern Avenue

A video has surfaced online showing how police used force to approach and place a young girl into a patrol vehicle on Northern Avenue. The girl can be heard loudly demanding her release and screaming.

The police have addressed the incident by releasing footage taken prior to the detention. In the released clips, it is evident that the police were conducting explanatory work with the girl, demanding that she present an identity document, which she did not have. Furthermore, the girl refused to identify herself and added that she disregarded the law and the written regulations of the authorities.
