The Irony and Pain is that the Government has Long Established a Culture of Talking Behind People’s Backs: Vardanian
Tehmina Vardanian, a member of the Yerevan City Council from the “Light” faction, stated on her Facebook page: “The irony and pain is that the government has long established a culture of talking behind people’s backs. Yes, a culture of talking behind backs. Some city council members and Marutyan have so morally degraded themselves and are trying to stroke their ego, that without accountability, they give speeches aimed solely at manipulating citizens with their thoughts.
Relax, my dears. The fake accounts that have been put to work under your orders will not save you, nor will they free you from responsibility. This does not concern me at all, nor does it worry me. This is your creed. This is what you are known for.
Today, the right of a council member to speak as stipulated by law was violated in the council hall. I understand that the government has long ceased to care about the law, which we witness every day; nevertheless, let us once again state that Marutyan uses the chair he received as a gift however he wishes.
I will not respond to any cheap statements, exclusively to Marutyan’s words regarding conscience and criminality. I quote Marutyan’s direct words: ‘How can you live with the thought that a person has died because of you?’ Mr. Marutyan, I ask you the same question. Truly, how can you live with the thought that a person has died because of you?
P.S. Don’t shy away from my picture. I am merely expressing my opinion.
